We identify properties that specifically meet the investment targets of each investor.

When considering a potential property for a client’s portfolio we use a unique selection process: first we analyse the historical and forecasted performance of a certain area, building or compound. Then we internally rate each property from 1 to 5, based on a number of specific parameters.
